Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Local deliveries typically take an additional 2-4 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors
What happens if I’m not available to receive my order?
If no one is available to receive the order, our delivery partner may attempt redelivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor its progress.
Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?
We process orders on business days only. Deliveries may not be available on weekends or public holidays, depending on our courier partner’s schedule.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a change of address by contacting us at support@deligo.com. Once the order is shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. We hope to expand our shipping areas soon!
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us immediately at support@deligo.com if you need to cancel your order.
Do you have a return policy for icepops?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, such as damage or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance.
How can I store my icepops after delivery?
To maintain freshness, place your icepops in the freezer immediately upon receiving them. Ensure they remain frozen until ready to consume.
