At Deligo, we aim to deliver your favorite icepops in the best condition and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.
1. Delivery Time
Local deliveries typically take 2-4 business days after order processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, and external factors like weather or holidays.
2. Perishable Products
As our icepops are perishable, we take special care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Products are shipped using insulated packaging to maintain freshness. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address, as the products cannot be left outside.
3. Shipping Area
We currently ship to all over Pakistan. If your location is not listed as eligible for delivery, please contact us at support@deligo.com for assistance.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor its status. If you do not receive a tracking update within 24 hours of shipping, please contact our support team.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or if no one is available to receive the order, redelivery charges may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier issues, or high demand. In case of significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
9. Damaged or Melted Products
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@deligo.com. Include photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue.
